This is a programmable bread maker with gives your twelve pre-programmed menu options. You can make one pound, one and one half pound, and two pound loaves of bread. You also get three crust settings from light, to medium, and dark.
You get recipes included with this machine which include gluten-free breads, sauces and jams.
If you want to pre-program your bread maker you have up to a 13 hour delay-start timer.
Features include a removable lid, bread pan, and kneading paddle, and a viewing window to observe your bread while it is being made.
